Pospal started with a simple observation: the POS systems available to Asian restaurants and shops didn't understand their needs. Bilingual menus, complex modifiers, multi-kitchen workflows, and payment methods like WeChat Pay were afterthoughts — if they were supported at all.

We set out to build something better. A system designed from the ground up for the way Asian businesses actually work — not a generic POS with translations bolted on.
